Delivery
Most products are sent out from my base in North Yorkshire, products that are made to order such as wallpaper and fabric will be sent out within approx 2-3 weeks of ordering as time is needed to print up fabric/wallpaper. Samples and smaller amounts should arrive within 1 week as I usually keep these in stock.
I ship world wide and use Royal Mail tracked 48. Samples will come via Royal Mail first class. Larger wallpaper and fabric orders will come via courier arranged by my suppliers.
Small orders such as samples and cards are free UK delivery, larger orders will go as small or medium parcels, delivery is £1.50 – £3 for small and £4.50 for medium, international rates will vary depending on your location.
Returns
Products may be returned within 14 days with return postage cost covered by the customer. Fabric is none returnable after it has been cut.
Wallpaper is none returnable due to it being printed to order so please make sure you order the correct amount. – If the wallpaper supplied is faulty then the mill will exhange the faulty rolls for new ones.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase then please send me an email to [email protected] and I can arrange a refund or exchange.
My Eco Promise
As a small business that is inspired by the natural world supplying eco friendly products and packaging is something that is very important to me, I try to re-cycle packaging as much as I can. I use plastic free, compostable mailing bags for orders such as small runs of fabric, cushions and totes and cardboard packaging for art prints and samples, using as much re-cycled material as I can. Larger orders of wallpaper and fabric will come directly from my suppliers who will use sturdy plastic packaging. Please re-use and re-cycle this packaging if you can.
All products are printed to order here in the UK using eco friendly inks, helping to reduce my carbon footprint.
